Lower deck is a bit ambiguous we wondered if this was right at the bottom but we drove down and was deserted and unclear as what lower deck was a description of floors 2-7 or similar would be useful. We felt it was a bit 'spooky' for want of a better word and the stairs smelt awful.

Easy to find but very very tight when trying to go up or down a floor to find spaces. Not suitable for larger cars. Only suitable for small cars. Struggled with a medium car. Very narrow up and down the ramps. If parking on the end, could potentially have your car bumped due to the space for turning
