I'm a first-timer. Booking ahead like this worked well for me and gave me a very local option in a strange town with otherwise poor parking facilities.
Downside - extremely expensive, but offset by reduced petrol costs (compared to going further to Park & Ride). Add considerable time savings and peace of mind to that.
It won't always be the best option, but in future I'll look at this option earlier in the decision-making process.

First time using the app, and a totally faultless experience. Parking outside the hotel was a breeze. The staff are amazingly helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend and use again.
The hotel seems lovely too, and our son thought it was very posh as they held the door open for us!!

Not cheap, just over £30 for a four hour evening stay, but for Patti Smith at the New Theatre it was worth it. Quick and painless, the Randolph staff were top notch and sorted us out immediately. Recommended.

I used just park to find a spot in Oxford (notoriously difficult to drive/park in) for a meeting, it was extremely easy to search on the map and pre book in a few clicks a parking space which isn’t ordinarily available (at a hotel rather than an NCP). On arrival at the hotel they had my booking and a valet took my keys, job done!
I will definitely use again.
