It was okay, after driving up and down the road a bit I worked out you had to go into a different road to get to the back of the house and find the space.
The space is quite small, especially with the owners requirement of still needing access to the gates to get her bicycle in/out. My Seat Leon could *only just* fit in the space. The notes from the owner also said that the car needs to be completely off the pavement to avoid a parking ticket. I was only able to achieve this by ensuring my bumper was only 1mm away from her fence. The whole area states that it's permit holders only, or 2 hours free parking...i just didn't feel confident that the space would avoid a ticket had someone come round. It didn't feel like a proper parking space. Could just be me being nervy though.
