Space is absolutely fine and felt safe. Would be very tight parking if both spaces opposite were occupied but luckily for me only one space was.

Found the parking area, however there were 3 empty spaces so didn't know which one was allocated to the flat. There were no markings in the bays. As I wasn't going to leave it in somebody else's bay, I knocked on flat 2 and 3 but nobody answered.
I didn't take a chance and had to find off street parking which was further away from where I was going.
Going forward, the owners of this bay need to identify which bay is theirs or failing that be available at the times they have rented their bay.
Would like a refund on my parking charges please.

Excellent. We used What3Words as Google maps would not have gone to the vehicle entrance to the space and it worked perfectly.
