1st time using JustPark and it worked perfectly. Our parking space was Plantation Rd in Oxford and easy to find with a good size space. Will use again.

Slightly weird, as there is another car parked there (the owner's?) and you have to block it in when you park. But there is nothing to say that, and no one answered the door or replied to messages. So if feels like you're doing the wrong thing but I guess I wasn't as no one complained.

Seamless process but... Only issue was site claimed 1 minute to my destination when it was actually 10 mins walk. One minute was driving which makes no sense. Also failed to alert that parking was inside LEZ

Really helpful that instructions to find the space had been updated due to local building work. They were easy to follow and most helpful. Excellent space, and definitely recommend it. It would have been helpful for the initial listing information relating to what to do if the owner's white car is also in the driveway to have features in the instructions. I had to look back again as if doing another booking to find it.

Superb parking space with easy walk to city centre - will definitely use again.

The parking space was ok. The problem was directions to find the space. I spoke to the owner the day before and she did not mention anything about road works at either end of her road. When I tried calling her there was no answer.
