Absolutely shocking disgusting way to be treated.
3 cars paid for and booked in until 7pm. We all arrived at 6.10 to pick up cars but everything was locked up. One member of party went to police for help. We are now on bus to Glasgow . 4 members of the party are over 80 and 1 is disabled. Looking for compensation

Only minor difficulty is finding a pedestrian way out of the car park once parked as the signage is very limited and poor to put it mildly. Turns out that you need to follow the route marked, "SHOPS" and exit via the Piazza Shopping Centre itself but even that isn't particularly clear?
