Parking is free here in the winter - rather than say so, Just Park happily charge a service fee and make you pay anyway!

Your parking app is very frustrating as the charge buttons for SMS text and receipts cannot be turned off easily. I am sure that this is intentional on your part to create extra revenue. If you were to have the SMS buttons turned OFF leaving the user the option of turning them on, it would be less frustrating

At Par Sands car park it said that Just Park updates, expiry etc were free, but when we downloaded the app they were not.

There is no where in the car park that states the location code. Other than that it's perfect convenient and easy to park here

Signs say that there is no transaction fee but payiing by app cost 10p more than paying on machine at car park. The invoice itemises a transaction fee!
