Very small spaces

The parking spaces are far too small.

Very handy location for the Scillonian ferry 5 min walk.

purely because I know the area. but spaces are only just big enough when visitors come down with their big cars. I have a Corsa and that only just gives me enough room to get out, and then only if others have parked properly.

Decent car park

Additional 20% charge for using the app as £3 paying cash and £3.60 using the app with no explanation about £0.40 of the additional charge. I'll use cash in the future as the charge is a rip off.

I had a huge issue trying to pay. The signage states pay on exit. I arrived back after 4pm, so machine said free parking.I could NOT enter anything on the machine. I tried to pay for 5 hours parking using the JP app. It only let me pay in the future, not retrospectively. So I paid 60p for future parking I did not want. I called the 0330 number and got voice message asking me to enter a 13 digit code, useless! I left without being able to pay and now expect to receive a £100 fine for 5 hours parking from the car park owners. Complete scam, the sign should state pay for parking on entry. No mention of not being able to pay if returning after 4pm. Will never use this car park again!

It's a strange one they only charge at the meter from 9am til 4pm but the meter won't let you get a all day ticket till 9am which was no good as had ferry at 6am so used the just park app put on 7 hrs and payed when it gave me my receipt it showed parking til 1pm not from 9-4 so when I was on the island I had to extend booking. So I you pay at meter at 9am it costs £6.50 but because of the app not set to car park timings in total cost £11 needs to be sorted
