Mousehole Car Park

I put the wrong Reg number as I had recently changed my car. The car on my just Park App had returned to the leasing company on 9th December 2024. I parked my new car on the 22/12/24. There was no way on the app to change the car Reg No. after the booking had started.

Despite payment on their JustPark App, received bill for not parking.

in a van, managed to find one suitable place, carpark fine otherwise.

Difficult to use payment system. Thought I had signed up plus loaded credit card details before I visited Cornwall. Seemed I had not / it had not registered and had to repeat everything in wind and rain in middle of car park ...

having to download the app to make the payment was time consuming, I paid on good faith for 2 hours parking, but have just received a payment penalty as the time is taken from entry. having spent 20 minutes sorting out the payment it took me over the paid time

Car park was ok but operators will post parking fines for just a couple of minutes of unpaid time. Also, cash or phone payment only and phone reception is terrible

The default adding on of additional charges is wrong - should be able to opt in rather than having to opt out

Could only pay with app or coins. Who has coins these days? Internet connection very patchy so using app equally problematic. Why not have cards as an option on machine?!

I booked for 1 hour initially because we were looking around the area, and believed we had an option to extend should we choose to stay. When we decided to stay, I tried to extend for an hour but the App repeatedly forced me to a 6 hour period, at £6.50. Since this was not what we wanted we left the car park and abandoned our plans. Not happy.
