Having read the comments of others, particularly those regarding payment, I can see their point. I had pre-booked, arrived and left within the booked time and all was well, but yes, if the system depends on noting your arrival time on the digital clock, it isn't great. I also agree with those that noted the tight entrance, though once you're in, the spaces are fine, and the place well-lit. Worked well for my visit to Perth Concert Hall.

Smart Parking have still issued PCN and refused appeal as parking was not paid for through their machine.
Further appeals now required through POPLA. Disappointing, read many similar reviews since.
