The parking area is good and the lady owner came out to point it where to park my car. Ideally located to get to the Peterborough football stadium. Only confusion was the original booking says 34 house number but confirmation emails state it is 44. One review said the person went to the wrong address. Perhaps because of this confusion. It is definitely 44.
