This is the first time I’ve used JustPark. The parking place I picked was near to where I needed to be. I was a little concerned that it was behind a gate with a keypad - but, the instructions were clear & easy to follow. This is a brilliant idea - will definitely be using JustPark again.

This was a super place to park. Secure and the instructions to find it were so clear. It was a 5 minute walk to the tube station and was a very easy trip into London. We will definitely be booking again when we want to visit London.

I'll start by saying this in no way was the fault of the parking space owner. Directions to the space were perfect and it was really easy to find. However when we arrived, there was a car parked over the space we booked and the adjacent space so we couldn't park there. We phoned the space owner and they were helpful. However they seemed to suggest this has happened more than once. Other, non-designated spaces were available so we could park within the car park. Had there not been, we wouldn't have been able to park at all!!
