Absolutely nowhere to park due to closing off most parking areas. As a uni student I need to park in that car park for lectures and couldn't find a comfortable space resulting in me getting a ticket and several others. Should be more reasons and understanding for uni students when some parking areas are closed and not accessible

The parking provided is a bit ridiculous, I struggled to find a space and the only place I could find to park wasn't actually a space but was within the dedicated parking area, when I mentioned to the staff that I was late for my appointment, they said that it was always a struggle to find a space. Not great when paying for the privilege to park

I've wrongly been issued with two parking tickets. I left the car park within time. My car was not picked up by the cameras on multiple occasions.

The lack of information about the free period and the impact of using the electric chargers vs parking wasn't very good, had to ask the staff, who were helpful
