As an overseas visitor it was difficult to download and utilise the App with limited internet access
After many attempts and password resets I finally paid for a one hour session however I fear the timing was incorrect.

What an absolute rip off. Cameras take your number plate and you feel obliged to pay even if you drive out. We only stayed for less than 2 hours and they charged us over £10.00. We arrived at 6p.m. to eat in the gorgeous fish restaurant and had to pay over £10 to park our car at night.
