Parking machines not working and very poor signal so unable to utilise the App.

Issue with timing and tariff calculation - arrived at 10:36 and wanted to purchase for 1hour (till 11:30) but was shown the fare for 2hrs, had to amend to 30mins from 11 to go through and others were simply paying for more than needed.

I have since been sent a fine which is ridiculous. The parking company did not allow me a 10 minute window either side of booking for time to enter and leave the car park, despite clearly paying for the 2 hours. I will never park here again and will definitely not recommend it to others.

Didn't allow me to extend the parking til 23:00 even though I extended it and paid for it! What's going on! Keeps asking to verify my phone number and then kicking me out saying theirs no available parking!
