I had problems trying to pay to park here. I had to walk down to poole park by the swing park before the app would work. My husband stayed by car until I managed to pay, had he not we may have got a ticket by the warden who came by shortly after I paid. Had I been on my own I would have been given a ticket as I had gone down the road and left car.

problem was this parking app. Needed 15mins extra it wouldn't allow me to do it. If I'd had cash I could have it. Why doesn't the app reflect the static meter????

charged twice the amount that it said on the parking meter and got nowhere with customer care just lots of lies
