I thought the 40p additional charge for 2 text was unnecessary, there wasn't an option to untick these in the booking process. I had to rummage around your app to find where to untick all these boxes for if I decide to use app again

The entrance and ramps were difficult and the parking space too small even for a little car. the marks on the ramp pillars show how badly designed it is.
