If no parking session is confirmed the parked vehicle will be issued a Penalty Charge Notice.

I wanted to extend my parking by one hour, but I didn't notice that it took two hours payment, not what I intended. I don't know why your app did that, the result was that I overpaid.

You gave me two options for the code one of which was so close in numbers to the one on the machine that I didn’t realise the error until I received a ticket. I should have checked but when you suggested the car park codes you’d think k one of them would correlate!
