I tried to renew remotely on the www (I didn't have the app) and I couldn't find the car park number anywhere. Even the justpark notifications do not have the number. As my parking had just run out I couldn't use the 'extend parking link' you sent and instead had to walk a long way across town to physically look at the car park board. This is why I now have the app but This isn't good.
