As a slighter older single women, not from Poole but in need of help, I found the parking attendant that happened to be there, incredibly rude and sarcastic; there really was no need, I was polite and just needed the minimum of help. Shame really, but I tried not to let it spoil my evening out with my daughter who I had met half way from our respective abodes!

I attended a show at the theatre which started at 8pm for 2hrs which needed a 3 hrs ticket ,this meant because it went past 10 pm I was charged night rate through till 8 next morning which is more expensive than a 3 hrs ticket which to me is unacceptable.
