I attended a show at the theatre which started at 8pm for 2hrs which needed a 3 hrs ticket ,this meant because it went past 10 pm I was charged night rate through till 8 next morning which is more expensive than a 3 hrs ticket which to me is unacceptable.

The cost was eye watering! £10.20 to park for the evening to go to the Lighthouse for a meal & show!!! Also, why us there a booking fee?? Do Just Park get that?

I prefer this car park to the Dolphin Centre though spaces are scarce and it's tricky to find. Biggest problem is that there is pretty much no WiFi so you have to run to Primark or similar to get online to buy your ticket.

I arrive at the car park at 18:43 and used the app to park for 4 hours as that would have taken me past the 10pm charging period. The app said it couldn't do that and charged me the next band meaning I paid about £2 more than I should have done. Not a happy customer.
