No lights on at night very dark. and paid £6-10 when it should have been £3-70 wouldn't let me park for three hours, kept changing from 1900 until 0800 very expensive and annoying.

my only complaint is the the lights in the car park are not working, it has no borrowed light meaning that it is pitch black which is concerning as a lone woman.

Street lights were off so it was pitch black and it was £6.10 to park for 3 hours on a Saturday night. Absolute rip off.

I just wanted to wave my debit card at the machine. Instead I had to find the app, put in a code, check the car number plate, update my debit card details - why did I have to record it? what if the server is hacked? Then thinking the pain was nearly over I had to sign in and if I recall correctly - my brain is doing its best to block out the memory - I had to resubmit some details and finally pay through the nose. Horrible start to an evening out, I really resent the stress of expecting to easily pay for good value parking but instead paying over the odds and it taking an age - not to mention the data I had to use on my phone

I needed to extend my parking time by an hour but this seemed to be proportionately more expensive than if I'd purchased more time in the first place. I don't think this is fair
