Took longer to book using app than just allowing pay with cash.

The machine was not working and lots of people were unable to park because they did not have a phone! I needed. The disabled bay to enable me to get my mother walker out without holding up other people waiting to park.

Not very clear especially as we need to park in a disabled space. We are meant to get an hour extra free but this does not show on the app and then I was worried as I had a text to say I needed to add more time. This I supposedly didn't need to do! All rather worrying!

It's better using this app than carrying loads of £1 coins about when going somewhere that has ticket machines.
