There needs to be traffic calming measures in this car park. This morning a car was racing through the car park and swerving, sliding its tyres.

My confirmation text message for my stay was £1.11 for the 1hour 39 minutes.
But what I am not happy with is the £4.98 that was taken from my bank for the parking.
Why did just park not take £1.11 from my bank and took £4.98.
Is this legally right.

This service is crap, instead of adding an hour or 2 hours it's start and finish and I keep forgetting to finish, so instead of paying £0.60 it always costs me £6 to park!

I left at 1614 but the app kept freezing and wouldnt stop. It only stopped automatically when the car park closed

Stayed 38 mins. Tried to swipe out as was leaving the car park but constantly got an error message. Had to pay for multiple hours due to a technical glitch, surely not just my problem but others too.

Parked as usual at East Strand Portrush and paid as usual using the JustPark app but for some reason on Sunday it took an unusually long time to load and process my repeat parking payment
As a result I received a parking penalty notice
