Arrived at the address and spoke with the owner who was very helpful. Gave advice on how to get to PNE football stadium and best route to leave to avoid traffic, the perfect host. Very happy leaving my vehicle and would us this location again.

Very good location if visiting Deepdale. Pub close by and approx 15-20 mins walk to the ground. Easy access from/to M6. Excellent communication with owner and will use again. Will definitely recommend to others.
