There was an issue with the parking space that was offered to me. The space I paid for was occupied by a large metal box, leaving no room for my car. As a result, I had to park in a different area at the back of the hotel, which made me concerned about receiving a penalty. To resolve this, I had to take the time to go to the hotel reception and speak with the manager. This process took much longer than expected and felt like a significant waste of time. I was disappointed, and this situation caused me unnecessary stress.

Didn't use it. Couldn't locate whatsoever. Spent 45 minutes trying to find it. I was late for a meeting so in the end parked elsewhere

Unfortunately I had to give up looking for the parking as needed to catch a train so had to park in Queens Multi storey

Great location and space. Not the easiest to find

Prepaid parking as attending court as a witness. When we arrived no space was available. phoned customer care. Lady said oh sorry some people don't follow the rules. You have two options: cancel your parking or we can slot you in two miles away. I'm disabled and cannot walk far. We were late for court. And had to park illegally under the hotel car park arch. (Our parking space should have been in the hotel car park . Appalling service and flippant attitude from customer service. Never use them again. We are now likely to get a fine for parking in the arch leading to the car park. It was that or not turn up in court.

Easy to work app, Parking space was easy to locate with choice of maps provided.

Great parking space! 2 minute walk to my appointment, would definitely book again.

They didn't have any spaces and made me wait whilst they moved someone elses car which they did seem reluctant to do so at first.

great car park and easy to find. felt really safe leaving the car here and no need for scary multi storey parking!
