Oracle Holy Brook Car Park (Drive Up)

Machines didn't work and impossible to use this awful app

Only real complaint is that your App isn't linked to the Car Parks own Number Plate Recognition system so had to use the call button on the ticket barrier to ask them to open the barriers.

The online payment didn't work at the exit gate. I had to go back and make manual payment at the kiosk

parking itself was fine, paying was a nightmare. went to pay at the machine and it told me my ticket had already been used for exit. couldn't go to customer support as it wasn't even open yet, so i used the app here just to be safe as otherwise I literally couldn't pay. Paid in here using my times that I came in the day prior and up to now, went to leave and ticket still didnt open the barrier, saying it was already used again. had to call using the emergency call on the barrier and spoke to someone who verified it was paid for and opened the barrier for me, but all in all it was very stressful and left me wondering if I'm going to get a ticket despite paying through the app - there is clearly something wrong with their tickets and machine system! the person on the barrier support was very helpful and friendly at least and the parking is a nice secure building, but the ticket issue left a bad taste in my mouth right before a busy day of work.

Can't pay at the machine! Tried to register with JustPark but got an incomprehensible error message when submitting my phone number Used brain to work out that it's probably because I already have an account Log in with that account. It can't scan my ticket. Pay online anyway. Barrier doesn't open. Have to reverse, explain to the man that I have paid, and show him my phone, before he contacts someone else to get the barrier raised. 15 minutes of my life wasted.

The machines were all down so I used the app to pay and now I cannot do automatic number plate recognition anymore when I leave after paying normally. Really frustrating.

Could not exit as the parking said the ticket was already used. would not recommend

Have this silly code printed on walls for gods sake. I walked back 3-4 times as it failed then it wasn't happy my first name wasn't there etc
