Kendrick Hall Car Park

Even though both me and my friend booked a space at this car park, neither of us were able to park as all the spaces were filled. Contacted customer support and got a refund. Parked here multiple times without an issue previously.

This is the worst JustPark experience I've had. I booked from 9am - 11pm as I wanted to ensure the space was available. When I got to the spaces they were all full. I was going to a hospital appointment for my child. We then had to drive around for 40 minutes trying to find alternative parking (there wasn't any). We ended up coming back to Kendrick Hall to see if there was a space. Nope, still full. I saw a woman walking away from her car and when she clocked me she got back in the car and drove off slowly. so it was pure chance that I managed to finally get a space. It's clear there is no guarantee of spaces and that anyone can just drive up and park. I wish I'd have read the reviews first because this is clearly an issue the owner knows about and ignores.

Oh so easy... I couldn't park at a hospital, I was going to miss my appointment. Googled alternative parking and there it was - a two minute walk away, fantastic. And affordable!

Very easy way to know you’ve got a parking space for an important occasion

These spaces are excellent except the owner doesn't police unauthorised parking in the spaces properly. I've used these parking spaces a number of times over the past couple of months but on 4 or 5 occasions recently the spaces have been full and I or my wife have had to wait 15-20 minutes for someone to return. Very stressful when you have a hospital appointment. There's no phone number given by the owner to complain to when this happens. This week one young man who had parked without authorisation in LO15 OGN reacted in a very aggressive manner to my wife who was waiting to get in the space she had paid for. Shame on him. And shame on Kendrick Hall for not making sure that the spaces are available as booked and paid for. If you can't be bothered, don't rent out your spaces.

Very disappointing. As always I booked the space here on JustPark to secure it. However, on arrival all the spaces were occupied and I had to search for alternative parking making me late for appointment. Do not book this paring space and JustPark need to remove it from the app. Strongly advised to stay away from here. I would like my money back!

I have brought a parking space here multiple times and the space is ALWAYS taken

I received a parking fine after parking in one of the Just Park spaces. I now have to appeal the fine before Just Park will open an investigation but may not get a refund. Sadly I wouldn't recommend parking here.

Couldn't park thete as all spaces were full when I arrived at 13:25.
