First time user. The parking was fine. Finding the parking place very difficult a small map would have helped.

The parking space was hidden away in a difficult to access spot in a run down area making the safety of the car a concern. The directions given were not adequate.

Driving around the area for 20 minutes - Could not find the space at all and ended up not parking there at all - Waste of money unfortunately

The parking space was not directly off road but first had to go down a long narrow drive/alley which took a few minutes to find. Found it hard to turn into alley as afraid of hitting both walls. Finally reversed down alley in order to get to parking space.
