When I arrived at my space I was unable to park where instructed but was still able to park elsewhere on the drive. I worried it would be an issue but had no time to contact them directly due to an appointment. However this was quickly addressed in a positive way. I appreciated that they were proactive and contacted me to acknowledge the issue I had parking. The issue was recognised before I even raised a complaint. The £10 voucher given as gesture was very welcome and gives me confidence to keep using this app. Thank you
