Great parking for wanting to go to the football. Unfortunately when I came back to the car after the match someone had parked directly behind me blocking my exit from the drive. After waiting 15 minutes a family came back to the car and said they park on the drive as they are friends of the owners of the house. The woman got a bit funny with me when I said I've paid to park on the drive. Just beware anyone booking this spot for football in the future if the family friend is using the drive as well.

Highly recommended. Great location for visiting the Crown Oil Arena (Rochdale FC) which is about 5 minutes walk away. Very nice driveway and easy to access. Good communication from driveway owner. Would definitely use again. Thank you.
