Parking on Gubbins Lane, RM3

Be aware of the raised kerb as there's another vehicle that takes up the space next to the dropped kerb.

I would highly recommend the place. I couldn't get in touch with the owner and was still rest assured that my car was at a safe place at a reasonable price thank you for allowing me park at your place.

Very convenient space within short distance of train station. Only downside was having to bump up a steep curb to be able to park car on drive and also reversing out onto a very busy road.

Good for walking to station, but not happy with parking space as one car was already parked on the drive were the parking slope was, so I had to bounce my car up a very high street curb to get on to the drive way, when we left, the front of my car got caught on the curb reversing out on to main road, could really do a lot of damage to a car with a lower body.

Literally a minute from the station.

Great convenient place to park. 2 mins walk from Harold Wood station.

Great wide parking space and about 2-3mins walk to the station. I have used this space before and will again in the future.

I parked at this location to catch a train from Harold Wood station to London. It’s about 3 minutes walk to the station from the parking space. It was ideal. The drive already had one car on it but there was space enough for one more. Will book this space again.
