This parking is perfect if the space on the left is available. The last two times, I have had to use the space on the right, but I have damaged my car on both occasions due to the high curb when coming on/off the drive.

Always having to park under the tree and having to go over the curb and tree roots over pavement to get in and out. This could be a problem for cars which are low as it can scrape the bottom of the car.
