I am based at number 3 and I have off road parking in a designated numbered car spot at my back gate. I have CCTV covering the entrance to the street. It is a very quiet cul de sac and a hidden car park for the residents who dont have driveways. Very close to the bus stops on whitehill lane just off the estate for a direct bus in to Sheffield City Centre or Rotherham Town Centre. Also very close the M1 junction 33 and Sheffield Parkway. Close to meadowhall which is a bus and taxi ride away.

I didn't use the spot, I parked very close by. Struggled to find it. Some of the pictures that are attached to the listing need rotating. I am sure the space is perfectly fine if you do find it.
