I used the underground Asda park to keep away from front Asda as not much parking there. I came home having got stuck on the coach for two hours on m1 at junction 15 accident and found my car in locked underground. You must make this clear to online booking and some signage at the car park. It cost me £70 taxi and I have to go all the way back for my car in a few hours . I hope you are not charging me further

I was not sure where the car park is located, it would be good to put a JustPark logo at this car park so people don’t get confused about the location. Google Maps don’t help either. There should be more specific map provided with directions.
