Terrible experience. Car park was full to over flowing when we arrived. No spaces reserved for JustPark. Some of it fenced off for building works which didn't help.
Luckily, a member of the hotel staff appeared and vacated one of the spaces which we were able to use. I had a word with him and he agreed it was not at all well organised. He said if we ever used it again to phone hotel first and ask them to reserve a space.
Really, just don't risk it!

Upon arriving it turned out that there wasn't a space for me. I got a refund immediately but was left in Salisbury after a long journey with nowhere to park.

Two concerns:
- accidentally set start time when actually booking which was a couple of minutes after entering car park with CCTV of car reg.
- the parking rates in notice in car park were more expensive than with JustPark, so concerned JustPark rates not genuine.

On arrival we found no spaces. I asked at reception, telling them id booked and paid for the space and was informed it was done on a first come first served basis.Luckily someone was leaving so my husband waited for the space to be vacated whilst i went to the wedding we had booked it for ... he was late because of the delay. I will NOT book this again. My first bad JustPark experience.

The only spaces available were closest to the building site. Nothing happened to my car but the risk was there that something might happen
