Machine not working. Fortunately I had the App. Several elderly drivers didn't however and did not have a mobile phone.
I called and arranged parking for them but they were very concerned about not having an actual ticket.

The machine wasn't working. The app when it finally came to life, requested me to insert all my details again including card details even though I have an account with an attached card. And then I pay 10p extra for the privelege. And they call this progress...

There is no markings for spaces people just leave their vehicles where ever and block you in, it's covered in pot holes and the price has gone up

The car parking space markers have worn off. I only felt comfortable leaving my van because the car park was quiet and plenty of room.
