Second time no number plate recognition- have to argue the toss with attendant to get out

Very expensive. We pre booked but ended up paying again as barrier didn’t raise on exit. It wasn’t clear how we should proceed for pre paid vehicles.

Had to pay twice! There was none there to confirm my booking and let us out. Won't use this again and will strongly recommend others don't either!!

Booking online was more expensive than paying at the machine. That's disappointing.

When I came to leave the gate did not recognise my booking and I couldn't get out. Had to wait creating a long (angry) queue until the attendant could come and verify it. He was lovely about it but it was still embarrassing and made me late.

No number plate recognition, so the gates didn't automatically open on entry or on leaving. I had to take a ticket on entry and then beg my way out over the intercom. Isn't it time the Arundel Gate car park updated its technology?! The two stars are just for the ease of booking and paying online.

Very expensive. Paid over £21 to you guys via the app when I booked the space 4.30 pm to 9.45 pm, then the Arundel gate car park machine charged me £20 on departure. Scandalous!

Our prepayment was not recognised and we had to pay again in order to exit. No signs for Just Park???

I had to pay an additional £15.00 to exit the car park

Signage to get into the park is limited from the road. Lift not working. Exit via prepaid is tortuous neatly leading to mental breakdown. If you're a technophobe like me use public transport and taxis!
