Arundel Gate Car Park

Easy to book parking.

Barrier didn't open. Told to take a ticket which instructions said not to do. Very hard to explain this to attendant. Did eventually gain access. Went to office to check we were in right car park even though we were in the one pictured on the booking confirmation and staff were unsure but said it was ok. Had struggles again when trying to leave car park despite it being same staff member. He told me I needed a ticket to exit which we didn't have. Eventually but reluctantly opened the barrier to let us out

When we arrived at the car park, the barrier didn't open as we were told. Needed to get a ticket to get in. Contacted just park, and they said we would need to pay again to get out and claim it back. Went and asked the on site parking attendent and he said he would let us out on our return. What alot of messing about. Won't be booking parking again.

The number plate recognition did not work. We had to prove to car park attendant that we had paid on line. This caused delay and holding other motorists up at the barrier.

I prepaid for parking months ago. I read the instructions from your email. I waited for the barrier to open. It did not. I had to get a ticket and it cost me £15 extra. So I have now paid twice. I'm not impressed and I won't be using your services again. It's cheaper to catch the train

Easy to book after downloading the app. Barrier raised after entering and seeing my reg. Same when leaving Arundle Carpark. Prebooking was about 10.00 cheaper also tks

Straight forward booking process. Helpful information including maps. Plenty of spaces and very good rate for city centre parking. Will use this service again. Thank you Just Park

It was great that everything worked seamlessly, in terms of the barriers opening automatically etc. However, the car park is very spooky and not clean and for the prices set I would expect better.
