Booked and car park was full.. refused to give a refund

Got there to find the car park was full, the bloke on the gate was a useful as a ashtray on a motorbike. Had great delight at smirking at me. Had to go and find somewhere else to park. NEVER USE THIS CAR PARK.

By the time I arrived the people on site managing it had sold all the spaces. Saying they didn’t work with JustPark. Really pooor.

One arrival, we were confronted by an attendant who initially refused us entry. He said the car park was not available to "Just Park" on football match days. Fortunately I had printed the receipt for the space to prove I had paid for the space. Then, he reluctantly allowed us to park. Since that I am reluctant to book public spaces. Also, contrary to your description, I could not see any evidence of an AVNR system at that car park. Your comments would be appreciated.

Parking space was okay but I got charged again when I arrived as l was told that the company who took the booking on just park no longer had anything to do with the car park. I contacted JustPark and and was asked to provide proof of payment , I sent a photo of the receipt I was given but yet to receive a response fingers cross

This booking was ok until today when I have received a parking ticket for when I had paid and booked through the App. Can left hand talk to right hand to ensure this doesn't keep happening.

Found it eventually to find no space. This is a public car park of about 25 spaces, anyone can pay at the machine to park here. No reserved spot. Not easy to reverse out of either, no turning space.

Horrendous service. DO NOT USE. Turned up at alloted time to find no space and found lots of other drivers who had also booked and no space. Rang Just Park to have a horrible person who actually said she didn't care what I did when I complained. Also stated they didn't have any control over the car park and that if people had turned up without booking it wasn't their problem. Absolutely horrendous. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
