I got to the car park typed in my reg and got told multiple times it was incorrect. No body answered any of my calls and I had to wait 20 mins for some Good Samaritan to let me in. I get in pick up my bike only to be stuck as you never gave the car park any inclination of me being there. No matter how many times my reg was entered I could not leave!! I only got out as I heard a car and had to chase them down and beg them to let me follow them out. I was 2 hours late home from work and you caused so much stress you have made me ill. I want a full refund and will never ever be using your service again. And if I have any recourse from tailgating my way out of your hostage situation I will take this to the very top.

The bad news is that the barrier was broken (in open position) when I arrived, and no ticket was dispensed. The good news is that on exit, Nick (the car park attendant) checked my reservation on my phone and sorted out my leaving.

The overall experience was good. I booked online which was relatively simple and received both text and email confirmations which included the post code which should have made finding the car park easy. However the redevelopment in the area with road closures and diversions made that a bit more complicated however I found it with only a couple of minutes delay. The car park was easily identified with plenty of signage. The cost of the parking was good having booked in advance at £6 for 9.30 to 17.00. Entrance and exit to the car park was easy and it was secure. There are roller shutter doors that open by number plate recognition and pedestrian exit and access is via a turn style opened by entering your registration number on return. I would definitely recommend and use it again.
