A very impressive system to get and pay for a parking space in advance.
I needed to catch a train to London for a special occasion.
I paid for a parking space at the nearby Sainsbury’s, for 4 hours and one day in total.
I printed out the JustPark documents showing the booking and left them on top of the car’s dashboard so that they could be seen through the windscreen.
Everything went smoothly and I am very pleased with JustPark, with very reasonable parking fees.
I will definitely use JustPark in future.

Very easy to book never used a parking app before and not sure about it as I'm not very tech savvy but no problems at all
My son has several apps and they always seem to cause problems so I was very pleased with my experience

Poor signage - with multiple different companies quoted on physical signs in car park and on correspondence.
Staff in store advised that "probably OK if you have a booking reference" but unable to commit.
Sugest you need to either stick to one corporate identity or reference them on any correspondence to avoid confusion and concern with customers

Using this parking app enables peace of mind if planning a day somewhere unfamiliar. I met my daughter for the day and we walked the surrounding countryside then had a few hours in the town. A great idea to encourage people into small town centres without incurring large parking fees. Would recommend and use again
