Newland North Car Park

6301 does not "auto find" itself, and you always have to type it in the box. Every other carpark finds itself and engages itself. Why can't 6301

Parking was relatively easy as my husband has a Disabled Blue Badge. However, easy available parking more likely due to the fact that we went early evening ahead of the crowds who were attending a large event at The Sherborne on Newland. An addition of more Disabled Parking spaces should be considered for all Sherborne car parks due to the inherent ageing demographic for this town. ALSO the Just Park app was not overly user friendly... it did not automatically pick up our location. Had to key in the Location number which I had to get out of the car and look for, which defeats the object!!! Thankfully, I am fully able bodied but would have been cursing Just Park had it been raining (which it did do later that evening!). The location numbers should be larger and displayed in more prominent positions. I await your comments. Thanks

you appear to have removed the additional charges option ( text reminder etc) so I can't untick these boxes. Now having to pay an extra 22p everything I park.

App said I couldn’t extend duration. Paid for one hour. Wanted extra 30 mins. Told me max stay was 4 hours. I only wanted 1.5 hrs max This has happened before unsure why?
