Parking machine in parking area was out of order.

The payment process was horrendous. As this was a visit to A&E we hadn't pre-arranged parking. The app didn't allow us to use Google pay to submit payment without first creating an account, but didn't tell us this, just kept returning to the payment page. Even worse, by the time we had worked out how to get the payment done, the parking fee had increased. Awful process!

As construction works are ongoing and a lot of the original parking has been taken up with construction works and space for contractors welfare and office accommodation .
Additional parking areas needed to be sought before construction commenced

Parking is hard to find, cars not parked in bays correctly making it hard to access vehicles or parking In some spaces wasn't possible as my car wouldn't fit.

Spaces hard to find and quite tight. Got blocked in by another car and it wasn't very well lit at night.

Phone number for payment kept cutting off. Had to download an app just to pay. Not sure what people such as the elderly would do if they don't have access to a smartphone
