awful pay system.

The parking was fine. My problem is with the ridiculous payment system!

Parking meter was not working in zone 0 when I was leaving the hospital & no other meter in this zone ...so I had to use the Just Park app ....& I had to guess my time of arrival as meter would know this automatically ...& cost me more on the app . Currently I am visiting the hospital daily ...for past 2 weeks as my Mum is in hospital & it is costing me a fortune ( so far @ £100 ) must be cheaper / discount available for regular users surely ? How do I get cheaper parking ?

not sure if payment was successful and awaiting a parking fine because this company won't engage

My card wouldn't work on any machine, despite working yesterday. I downloaded the app and it cost me £3.90 rather than £3.50. Kind of spoilt my mood, particularly as it was freezing cold traipsing about the hospital trying to pay so I could go home.

pay meter a fair walk from parking

very difficult to park as one way.. found out that I could have parked outside the department. app was terrible, would not work, and took many attempts to get the payment to work.

The machine wasn't working when we were about to leave, the app wasn't working, and the phone to the company halfway kept cutting. We left without pay but kept trying to pay until Sunday morning when the finally payment went through.
