Pay and display was out of service and each car park has a different code this could cause ppl to get a fine which isn't fair for those vulnerable and sick and in need

I was paying for the space from inside the hospital, and there wasn't any decent 4G or WiFi coverage where I was. The person driving couldn't contact me and can't use the app.

Quite confusing about the parking location Code. I’ve never been to Queen Mary’s hospital and nearly put in the incorrect parking code. Did not realise each parking area had a different number.

No internet service. No-one could pay until we got into the hospital which potentially meant we might get fined. That's the trouble with all these apps and making phone calls etc. We still need the option to pay by card or cash.

2 of the parking meters were not working so had to use the one at the top car park. I was late for my appointment as there were 4 people in front of me waiting to pay. Found the app confusing. Asking you to take a picture but not telling you to fill out the rest of the form. I thought that by taking the picture you would have all the information you need. By way of a gesture, you could refund my ticket.

Parking is always problematic at this location. The App is not easy to use and increases ones frustration. Ringo is much more straightforward and easy to use.
