Very busy and packed car parks and bays are very small. I have a new born child and it's very difficult to get them out of the car in this car park. No parent and child bays

Pay and display was out of service and each car park has a different code this could cause ppl to get a fine which isn't fair for those vulnerable and sick and in need

I was paying for the space from inside the hospital, and there wasn't any decent 4G or WiFi coverage where I was. The person driving couldn't contact me and can't use the app.

Quite confusing about the parking location Code. I’ve never been to Queen Mary’s hospital and nearly put in the incorrect parking code. Did not realise each parking area had a different number.
