Car Park 2 Queen Marys Hospital

App wasn't working, then called number and had to wait for text message to put in my new vehicle number plate, awaiting message that did not come through. Tried app again and it worked. Message came through few minutes after but I had no service in the hospital. Hopefully I wasn't charged twice but it was stressful experience as I nearly ran late for my appointment

I found your app difficult to use compared to other parking apps and spent more time trying to pay than I did receiving my hospital treatment. how are you supposed to know how long you need to park for?

For a hospital where you don't know how long you're going to be this is a scam. I could've been 1 hour or I could've been 3 or 4 hours, depending how delayed the appointments are. I paid for longer as you don't have signal in the hospital. It would be better if you could set a start time and pay for what you need at the end. Paying at the machine is no better for the same reasons.

Spaces narrow. Too few parking spaces for such a busy hospital

My one qualm was that although it's useful having the app, the poor signal and WiFi connection meant that I was unable to extend my parking whilst I was in the hospital. I had to go back outside to get some signal , by which time I connected I had to start a brand new booking.

On the app, the minimum time I could do for queen Mary's hospital was two hours. So I paid the £2 that was required. To my horror, I got a text saying my time was up after an hour. I checked and my booking had changed to an hour and the invoice was saying it had charged me £1.60. Absolute Bollocks. Very disappointed with this service. Disgraceful money grabbing, fraudulent people

I have app, very easy to use. Also can extend without visiting Car park again. Recommend anyone down loading.
