Too many cars for the spaces available. Cars were also parked not in marked bays, but all over, which made it difficult to get in a bay. Took over 30 mins to actually get a space.

We parked and paid for the time via the app before exiting my car, only to find that it is free parking over the Christmas period, but you do not find this out until you walk near the ticket machine where the sign is. Frustrating. Can I get a refund?
