Very prompt and professional.
The location is quite easy to find. They offer a drop off and pick up service as well which is very helpful when your plane lands in the middle of the night and you're travelling with small kids.
I would recommend this location for anyone who's travelling from Birmingham Airport and wants to leave their car in a safe and secure place.

We chose this car park as the hotel opposite said it had no parking. On arrival we found we could park there.

Very easy to arrange parking and we even got help with transport to and from the airport. Владелец очень понятно объяснил нам, как легко найти автомобильную стоянку. На обратном пути, наш самолёт задержался на два часа, владелец автостоянки был очень добр и разрешил нам забрать машину по прибытию, без дополнительной оплаты за парковочное место. Очень ценю и буду советовать знакомым

Directions a little confusing but we found location with help from Google maps.
No spaces were available when we arrived so we had to park on the lawned area along access road.
