Euro Car Parks Harbour Parade

There was no space, so I had to park in undesignated area which did not obstruct access or other users (I had a train to catch and couldn't find alternative parking). I then incurred a PCN for parking in an undesignated bay. Just Park were unable to help and appeal to Eurocarpark is in process but unlikely to be successful as I didn't adhere to 'the rules'. So despite prebooking parking I now have to pay £100 PCN charge. I would not recommend.

There wasn't any spaces left so parked down the side but car was fine but all spaces were occupied.

The parking did fit my vehicle but only just as was the case with the vehicles next to me. I had to let my passengers out before reversing it into the space. I was concerned that the other cars doors could hit my car when opened.

Wing mirrors got smashed in was there for 4 hours

We booked the car park, super cheap and great location. We arrived to no spaces but parked to the side where there was room. The attendant could have given a ticket but didn't so very thankful.

The app and payment were really straight forward and the parking was excellent value for money given the great location. Only improvement could have been an update to the directions to acknowledge a road closure.

Used for a week’s parking whilst on a cruise. Short walk to the port, reasonable price and safe

Great experience yet again!

Prebooked in well in advance all absolutely fine. From the pictures was really easy to locate. Got there and no available spaces in an actual bay. Parked on yellow checked lines without issue. Half expected ticket- but have not received (as I wouldn’t expect as I had already paid the parking).
