My parking area I was allotted was all full
So I parked in another area of the car park
Was charged £23 on just park when if I'd just gone to the car park it would only cost £5 for all day never had a problem with just park before but this was a pretty poor shoe

I booked and paid for a space with the added insurance as I was in my work van, however, when j arrondissement site, there were no spaces. Disappointed. Won't be using this again

Booked a space on good faith when travelling to Southampton. Paid £25 plus booking fee only to turn up to site and see the published day rate was £5.50!!
Called and emailed and just fobbed off and ignored. The website says we safe you money, I bear to differ!
