BCP parking charges are extortionate! They should pay the justpark booking fee, not the customer.

I stayed 4 hours from 2pm to 6pm. the Justpark charged 24houts with no other option for £21.
I remembered last time I paid £8.20 for the same time. I checked it and realised that time I parked with paybyphone. and this time would have been £8.20 if I parked with them.

Don't see how to modify the car type. One that has the same reg (personalised) as a previous car in the app

You have taken too much off my account. Due to poor reception your system said my payment had not completed I thus did it two more times before it took. I was adding 1 more hour but your system took it three times. You need to refund me the two extra amounts 2x £2.20 = £4.40.
